The hotel is conveniently located between the vibrant Jalan Alor food street and the bustling Bukit Bintang shopping district, offering a perfect mix of entertainment and relaxation. The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, although the late availability of the sitting room was a minor inconvenience. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options from different cuisines. The facilities provided added convenience and enjoyment to my visit.

The rooms, although had a terrible issue on the first night with cleanliness, granted us access to the Club Lounge for delightful afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and delicious food served daily. Despite this, being close to a monorail and various hangout spots makes the location excellent.
